Being part of the community…our community!
Over the years we have been dedicated to supporting our community and community partners. Each year, we proudly raise funds and make donations to both our partner charity and local causes, with a special focus on our long-standing partnership with Cash for Kids. We’re also passionate about providing free space within the centre to help our community partners showcase the amazing work they do. But our support doesn’t stop there—we collaborate with a wide range of groups and charities throughout the year, including Young Enterprise Scotland and Ayrshire’s Youth Legacy, helping to empower and uplift people in our local area.
Giving back
At our centre, giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do. We regularly host free events that bring people together throughout the year. We also run engaging competitions. Beyond our events, we proudly sponsor local sports teams and contribute to nearby schools, supporting the development and well-being of young people in our area. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to making a positive impact and strengthening the community we’re proud to be part of.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. That means the expected, such as managing and reducing our energy use. As well as the unexpected, like encouraging behaviour change for positive environmental action. And, with our robust and collaborative waste management strategy, we currently recycle 100% of our food waste, glass, and dry mixed recycle.
